The sowing of seeds can be interpreted in many ways.
Scripture tells us if we have the faith of a mustard seed, we could move mountains. (Matthew 17: 20-21). As humans we fall short of this time and time again.
Most of us have probably at some point sown seeds of flowers or vegetables into the earth. With the right amount of water & sunshine, the seeds germinate & emerges bringing forth plants either for enjoyment of beauty or sustainability. Not unlike the seeds that produce physical nourishment are the seeds of love created from the purposes of our hearts. Planting seeds of hope, joy and love doesn't require a grandiose gesture; although that too would be magnificent. It is in the giving of our "gifts" each day bringing a ray of sunshine into another's life.
We hope the creation of Seeds of Love will demonstrate thoughts of encouragement blossoming a multitude of ideas to bless the lives of others and in return enriching our own souls. In the simplest of terms a seed of love can be defined as a kindness extended, a gift of our time, a bouquet of freshly picked flowers or a note extending a special sentiment.
